Washington flooding: 'we need to not be shocked by this anymore'

As heavy rains and warming temperatures in the US Pacific Northwest caused rivers to swell and lowlands to flood, a University of Washington climate scientist has warned that people need to expect the unexpected when it comes to global warming.
